Feral cat with black around mouth

Hi all, I look after a few ferals and the ginger lad Teddy sometimes develops black marks around his mouth. It only happens in the morning and usually goes after he has a bite to eat. I've also noticed that it happens mostly in damp weather. Has anybody ever seen anything like this?I don't have a trap at the moment to take…

Hi all,

Has anybody ever seen anything like this?I don't have a trap at the moment to take him to the vet, but he is very wily anyways and won't go near it ever since I trapped and neutered him. Any ideas?
