Can anyone recommend one please with at least 7kg load. I wont use it very often. I also don't need a dryer. The budget will be around 300.

You are at the very low end of the price scale for a machine at €300.
My recommendation would be this Beko for €310.

Decent machine with large capacity & brushless motor (usually a lot quieter than your old machine)
