    Hello
I was driving down the N7 yesterday evening, only to be overtaken by a motorcycle and sidecar... and noticed some old school US army trucks coming in the opposite direction. Was wondering if anyone knows if there was a collectors gathering on over the weekend? Doesn't seem like it was going to be happening in the Curragh but i couldn't be sure of course
    Cheers all

There are no Enactment shows on this weekend but they may be AIME (based in the Curragh) heading for Dublin port on their way to The War and Peace Show now in Folkestone Racecourse (up to now the show used to be in Hop Farm, Beltring, Kent but the organizers and land owners fell out). Other Irish Military vehicle and re-enactment clubs drive over in their vehicles and attend, it's the highlight of their year.
Next re-enactment show is in Camden Fort, Cork on the Bank Holiday weekend and Cork Gaol the week after.
    Cheers.
    Tom.
