Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

Me and my swiss shepherd moved to Dublin this year.
We hope to get to learn more about your beautiful country and make new friends along the way.

Is the Swiss shepherd a dog or a human? If it's the former, you may like to be aware of the Animal and Pets forum:

We had a Swiss student with us for a year a while back. It took him a while to chill down to Irish level but by the time he left he was knacker-drinking* with the rest of his school friends! He loved it here and wanted to stay but his parents wanted him to restart achieving again so took him home.

*knacker-drinking is drinking alcohol in local parks and outdoor areas. It’s what Irish teenagers have to do cos no one will let them drink at their house!

Enjoy Dublin. When the lockdown is over, talk to as many people as possible. We love to talk! :)

This seems like a fair exchange ;). My daughter has moved to Zurich and in exchange you come to Howth :pac: . Welcome to Ireland.
