Dell UK - Parcel Motel / AddressPal an option?

    Has anyone used Parcel Motel or AddressPal to purchase something from Dell UK ?


    Did it work out OK?


    And how does warranty function in those cases?

    Alot of people are having issues with lost mail in these services , I'd be very wary. There's no real comeback, a lot of grey in terms of the legality as you only pay for the service once your parcel has arrived there and they've regged it. Until they reg it you've no real proof it arrived and until you've payed they've no legal responsibility to you.
    Also couriers and Royal Mail are not currently looking for sigs during the pandemic so you've even less proof than usual that its actually arrived.

    Can't see the issue.
    Never had a problem with parcel motel. Never have paid for extra insurance

    Warranty is valid in eu. Customer service is based here anyway
