When did the UFC start giving tomato cans to top 15 fighters for the sake of a fight night card?

    This is ridiculous.

Hernandez was bookies favourite. Highly touted as a propsect. Hardly a tomato can.

He was only favourite because cowboy has looked ****e for the last 12-18 months.
It's more an indication of how bad cowboy has been than how good Hernandez is.

I think TJ easily wins tonight but I really hope I'm wrond and Henry murders him. TJ is ****ing pond life.
When McGregor is the first to call out somebody's character, you must be dealing with an almighty little toad

I think it's more to do with how Hernandez looked against Auben-Mercier and Dariush. Two very tried and tested lightweights. He took a thumping tonight though.

What has TJ done that makes everyone hate him? I have seen him throw some cheap shots in training footage, is that all?

Not for me. He was taking a battering.

"I want Conor if he'll agree to it"

Cowboy more interested in getting knocked the **** out for money than winning championship fights.

Haha yeah, wasn't the most heartfelt callout.

I disagree. He was going to get pummelled.

He was improving position, had weathered the storm, weird stoppage.

One of the last shots landed had Hernandez's head bounce off the canvas like a basketball.

Remember the old days when Dana would cut the hole off ESPN.

He was on his butt going for Cowboys hips with a strong underhook when the ref stopped it and he complained immediately. It's an early stoppage for me.

I actually thought it was a late stoppage.

Hard to listen to them constantly ****eing on about ESPN

I figure Hardy is way too big a favourite, so I'd consider backing Crowder. But I know nothing about him. Is he a total can or is this a decent match up?

ah it was a fair enough stoppage. Hernandez had already taking a fairly bad beating.

In that gif alone he took 6 smacks to the face unanswered. That's not even taking into consideration the beating he was taking prior.

He took 2 decent punches, there is nothing about his posture to suggest he is done, he is improving position when the ref calls it. Anyway moving on I can agree to disagree :)

Usually I'd be bored to tears of 2 fighters lying on top of each other for minutes on end. But I'm happy to make an exception for this one...

    :D

PVZ with a decent heelhook attempt. Both look good

    That was a great finish.
Dumps off the backtake, takes the back, keeps control while striking and pops thvshoukder.
    Take a bow
