Room to hire for solo recording in Dublin?

I do a bit of writing and recording using home equipment, and I'd like to rent a space for a day every now and then where I could record in peace, away from my bedroom. I know there's rehearsal rooms about the place, but since they cater for bands I'd imagine I'd be drowned out of it! Any ideas?
