    Hi,

Can anyone here recommend a real estate agency that deals with overseas property, namely France?

    Many thanks

Would you not just deal with a local agent in France

I would only I'm trying to sell a B&B and French law doesn't allow you to sell as a business but rather as a private home. The only way for us to see as such would be to put it on an international market...I just don't know who to get to market it for us

Strange. Well why not market it with and agent in France who knows the market with all the details. Then list is also with another Agent abroad if you want. Obviously out lining to both agents that who ever sells it get s the fees

Ideally, I'd like to find an international agent who is used to selling these type of properties to international clients. I'd need an agent based in France who could view the property, value it and market it abroad.
I can't seem to find anyone doing that!
