Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Recently I've been considering doing some more powerlifting based training . I've done some some 5x5 stuff and have enjoyed doing strength training as its fun hit a new weight ha. Anyway through some  goggling i found a website called  powerlifting to win where they review various routines pros and cons . Seems like good informtion  just wondering has anyone else come across this site and what there thoughts were on it. Any info or feedback would be appreciated thanks

I don't really know enough about all of the programmes to know if he's right or wrong but from my brief scan of the website, I didn't see anything outlandish.

He's a disciple of Rippetoe, but I'm not sure if that clouds his judgement in any meaningful way.

Probably better to shorten your list of programmes and ask for opinions on specific ones you may be considering as there are a lot there that he has reviewed.

Also, there is very little traffic in this forum. You'd be better off in the Fitness forum.
