in the case of disruption :
Flight Cancellation You have the option to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of the cancelled flight or be re-routed to your destination (subject to availability).

if YOU decide to cancel a standard fare, then like Ryanair, Aer Lingus, Lufthansa and pretty much every other airline out there, you get no refund, but I dont see that being a reason to create a new board.ie account to attack them for it.
