It's the Green Line. Closest stop to Jervis southbound would be Marlborough Street at corner of Abbey Street

DFA in St. Stephens Green or Passport Office in Mount Street Lower?

St. Stephens Green: At Jervis, get a Luas (direction: Connolly / The Point) to Abbey Street, go around the corner to Marlborough and get any Luas to St. Stephens Green. Otherwise, it's a 20 minute walk.

Mount Street Lower: Walk to O'Connell Bridge. On O'Connell Bridge, get a 4, 7 or 7a to Mount Street Lower.

It's less than 30 minute walk from Jervis Street to Mount St lower.
Unless you have a physical disability, walking is almost always going to be faster in the city centre.
