Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Help to Buy - Unusual Scenario

There are a few HTB threads active on here, but I'm not sure any relate to my particular circumstance. So just looking for a bit of friendly advice.

Long story short, I was gifted a site with an unfinished building some time ago. Prior to my involvement, this building was completed to first fix by my father, but was never inhabited, nor could it be as there was never any electricity or plumbing works carried-out. So essentially it is a shell of a house. However, the planning permission was granted in my name, as my father applied on my behalf years ago. Now I plan to finish the building of this house (second fix, extension, garage, etc.), and am wondering if I will qualify for Help to Buy? From reading the documentation, it would appear that I do, but as it's not very clear cut, I would be interested to hear peoples views.
