    If you send it to your parcel wizard/parcel motel address you can get a further discount.
    You also get a better delivery time.

    Mind you, it's still a great deal either way.

    read a review on amazon but a year ago saying they don't work too well with mac. Would like it for my MacBook pro, 2010 (still working like a charm, it's heavy and has not retina screen but still great). Has anybody used it for a mac ?

    It's just the bare Hard drive itself. Would your sat box have internal sata connections?
    You could use it that way.

    Otherwise, you would need to buy something like this to give you a USB connection.
