    1. Kinetic Rock and Roll Cycletrainer – this is the newer model but needs a speed sensor to determine power when using with Trainerroad or Zwift. The Rock and Roll version allows sideways movement of the bike for a more realistic feel and relieves any pressure on your carbon frame;
    2. Kinetic Turntable Riser Ring Front Wheel Support – raises the front wheel level and allows the wheel to turn with any sideways movement;
    3. Kinetic Pro Fly Wheel T-015 – This is coupled onto the standard flywheel and makes for a more realistic ride.
    4. Kinetic Trainer Floor Mat T-741 – stops the sweat ruining the floor.
    5. Continental Hometrainer Folding Tire - 700
    Total value of the above items when new - €530. Asking €280 for all – collected in Castlekock

    Hi - sorry for the late response. I found this an excellent trainer, with the rolling sideways action it feels more natural than a rigid trainer. The extra flywheel adds to the realistic feel. It integrates well with TrainerRoad or Zwift.
    The only down side is the fact that power is speed dependent but this is mapped to power so no power meter is required. I’d recommend it.
