Medical blood results on record

Sorry mods if I’m posting in the wrong thread. I’m not looking for medical advice but just a query.
Can you request a printed copy of all blood results from your doctor like over many years? How do you go about it if so... thank you

On the basis of your contract with the medical service, or
By court order"
