Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, does anyone have any ideas what causes this circle of condensation on my double glazed window.

Interesting image there. I suspect it is a weakness in the double glazed unit possible a severe reduction in the spacing or even bridging of the panes. I've seen a similar pattern once before when thermal imaging a rather large dg unit.

Are the windows new or is this something which has just appeared when previously nor present?

The more thermally insulating the glass is, the lower the outer pane temperature is likely to be and the greater the risk of condensation on the external surface

Perhaps that's the most thermally efficient part of your glass ?

Large double glaze expanses, especially commercial ones, use nylon spacers to maintain the space. It is the only logical explanation, as Mick points out.

Is that pane a square or rectangular?
At first glance it just looks like a thermal bridge at the very mid-point of the horizontal and vertical axis, but the circle is so regular with little condensation at the edges that it makes me wonder otherwise.
I presume that the moisture is on the inside pane, ie in the room, and not between the glass sheets?
Did you by any chance have an ornament at this location?
