    It's our current offices, in west Dublin - kilcarbery Business Park, New Nangor Rd, D22. Office is 2700 sq ft, hi=spec, including full net and power infrastructure, gas heating, fibre and laser backbone links installed, multiple isdn and pra circuits installed, over 200mbps internet access (obv this would cost you to maintain, but the links are all there), comes with first floor furniture (boardroom table, desks/chairs for 6 people (we're taking the ground floor furnishings. Includes 7 car parking spaces, and the park is fully secure, with 24 hour security and gated access. Fitted out to very high=spec and only 2 years old, we have outgrown and are moving to larger premises.
