Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Im just wondering if anybody has come across and records of the appointment of people as magistrates and justices of the peace. Im enquiring because of a few have cropped up in my research, and im wondering if there anywhere that would have kept a record of why, when they were appointed etc.

The same for Crown Solicitors, would these be held by the Law Society or would they be governmental documents?

    Cheers.

That is an unusual one. I would try the Law Society first. They'll know where to find them if they don't have them.
