Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

"Before they were famous" guest appearances on tracks

Went to the POD gig in Dublin a few months back to relive my teenage years (and it was a lot of fun). Ended up listening to some more tracks after on YouTube, including a song called "Goodbye For Now" which includes an unexpected appearance at the very end of the song and music video (03:26 onwards).

The song was released in 2006 before Perry was really known in music (Wikipedia says she was "introduced to the music market" in 2007 and "I Kissed A Girl" was released in 2008).

What other examples do you have of people appearing on tracks before they were famous (particularly instances that didn't then propel them to fame)?

    🤪
