Where in Dublin to change a bezel on a datejust?

I've picked up a 116200 Rolex DateJust at a price I couldn't refuse, I've always wanted a 116234 but this came up couldn't say no. I've sourced a Fluted bezel and I'm looking to get somewhere to fit this instead of the smooth bezel, Any recommendations of where to get this done?
