Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

has anyone tried workouts from the swim plan website?
are they any good and how do they compare with the competition?

(feel free to add any other sites)

As a Total Immersion instructor I'd tried our workouts, they work nice on building up stroke ratio gradually with tempo trainer and keeping stroke length consistent, in TI we don't put too much emphasis on 'endurance/power' as we concentrate more on technique development

I have a DVD from ss (catch master class) and I wasn't impressed but thats probably because I had really high expectations on it. They have a lot of good staff on their website + Paul is a really good coach, there is a few small technical bits we wouldn't agree on but I'm sure his workouts are top class.

    Whats swim plan?

    http://www.swimplan.com/pubregister.php

seems to be similar to the other two in it's aims, was just wondering if anyone had used them
