Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Does it hurt when you're swimming? Which stroke is best?

    I've been limited to two sessions a week for the past fortnight, and cant see myself increasing that over the next fortnight - wife due a baby any day now :eek:

    I can do 100 lengths on Breast Stroke but have been told to start on Front Crawl now, so it is all the way back down to 10 lengths at a time.

    It is getting easier though and I am just happy to be able to do it

    TBH I was amazed at how fast I got to that level!!
    Did it once and the physio was "OK time to move stroke". I would have liked to have gotten a few more of those sessions but I bow down to the experts, in recovery

    Was out at Seapoint yesterday, went out to couple of yellow bouys then in....Fresh but sharp......
