    Riciardo 1st 5sec penalty is a total joke... he had to skate off to get the overtake done and then rejoins the track so he can make apex and not cut the corner. Nothing wrong with that. Poor decesion by Stewarts... let them race and reward honest difficult overtakes.... show is poor enuff at the moment that they really dont need to be discouraging drivers taking any risks.

    2nd one around Kimi ... totally off track... cant do that.

    Why did they did they put a chicane half way down The Mistral Straight????!!!! maybe it would be better to have (2 short?) DRS zones and let them slipsteam the lenght of it?

    I'll have to watch it again but I think ricciardo went off track, came back on and norris had to go off track to avoid him. Norris then lost three places because of that move so it was a fair enough penalty. Ricciardo is known for late braking and driving his car down the inside and hoping the other car just takes evasive action to avoid a collision.
