Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Stove Vs open fire

    I have an open fire in a large sitting room. I am wondering would it be better heatwise to swap it for a stove and what size stove?

    Yes a stove is more efficient typically north of 70% versus 20% for open fire.
    Depending on room size and type of building, air tightness and insulation, 5 to 8 kW I would think
