Inaccurate info on website re credit card help

    Why does your website say that the phone numbers for credit card help operate 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday but when you ring the voice tells you office hours are 0900-1700 Monday to Friday and to ring back then (but only after getting you to enter your card number, what's that about?). The website also gives hours for Saturday and Sunday, the voice said Monday to Friday only.

    Any chance of actually updating the various websites (both the main BoI one and the 365 info to reflect this fact? I suspect this has been the case for quite a long time so why the delay? Also, just while we are on the subject, what is described as your "24/7 emergency number" does not seem to work at all. What's that all about?
