Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

A family member of mine is currently in 2nd year of an undergraduate course and reliases it isn't for them.

They want to switch to medicine in either RCSI or Trinity. How much are they looking at for fees given that they have already been availed of free fees, SUSI etc

    Thanks

You can look up the fees on the respective websites, but TCD medicine for the year 2021/22 is €8,371.

They will get free fees and SUSI (as long as they still meet all other qualifying criteria) when they progress on to a year that hasn't been paid for them. Otherwise, there is a 5-year wait to be classed as a 2nd chance student.

Figured as much. Expensive choice they have to make.
