Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

IUI query

    Hi all,
    My partner and I have started down the route of IUI with Repromed. We've already had one unsuccessful treatment and are in the process of getting ready for the second go.
    However we got a notification from the pharmacy that our prescription is ready but it seems to be a completely different treatment from what we did the first time around.
    The specialist never indicated in our last meeting that this would be the case so I'm just wondering if this is normal that a treatment plan would change with out any discussion beforehand? Have other people had their prescriptions change with out being consulted?
    We're just a little surprised that they're not explaining why they are changing it? My partners stressed out enough already and apparently this other injection is more painful.

    I'd ring the clinic to check with them what they prescribed and ask if any changes are needed.

    Sometimes the clinic might move you to a different medication if the previous one didn't work effectively, I think that happened me with my OI.

    Yeah that's what we did in the end. The consultant pretty much said there was no real medical reason to change other than to just try something different this time round.

    It's my poor wife that's having to take all these injections. We were just a little surprised that we weren't consulted with first about the change of treatment.
