What useful services do you recommend that we might not know about?

Over the years looking at this forum a few questions crop up regularly, like where is there a doctor open on weekends, where is there a late night pharmacy. I noticed there's a few new places for these things and I wondered if there are any other useful essential services I'm missing out on. Like there is a weekend dentist, or any other useful service like that?
If you've any recommendations for any good or new services that fill a gap people don't know about it would be interesting to hear.

I noticed on FB there's a new walk-in, no appointment necessary clinic open for doctors appointments open 10-9, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, thats pretty handy. No ideas who the Drs are or what its like but it looks ok, and when you're desperate you don't care. They don't take medical cards and there's a 40 euro consultation charge.

Weekend doc is great on the westside of the city for Sat and Sunday. You can make an appointment or call if you need to see her urgently. www.weekenddoc.com
