Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi I was getting a pop up when starting up. I ran Autoruns and some files appeared that were related to the search newnext.me I unticked the boxes beside the offending items but I'm not sure which of these files to remove, some of them are from months ago, I don't want to delete things that are unrelated to this problem.…

How do I discern what to remove and what not to remove?

run this and i can tell you what to remove

Download OTL to your Desktop
Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.

Click the Quick Scan button. Do not change any settings. The scan wont take long.

When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.

Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files here
