McCollum is hopelessly out of form but hopefully they stick with him in time to come as he will come good eventually.

At 23, he is the future of the batting line-up which has a number of guys in and around their 30's.

Will this be a good indicator of where we are? Beating Zimbabwe would justify a place allowing us to compete in ODIs and as a lesser Test Nation. Is this a first choice Zimbabwe XI?

Do we still have an aging squad or have we any lads in our early 20s playing? I still see KO'B and Porterfield. Ed Joyce was playing right up until he was 40 odd too.
