Hi, there's a song going round MidWest at the moment, Irishy & sang by a woman, and the chorus goes,

When you think of me don't shed a tear,
Couldn't bear to see you cry,
    (..................................)
    I will always be near...

I'll be onto Seamus Duke but thought I'd ask here also!

Thanks for that! Not it though, my folks like Isla Grant so they would have twigged..

It's a woman who sings it, and, let me think,

"I am not so very far from you," I think is the missing line from what I put earlier! Something about a "guiding light".. not very distinguishable I'm afraid!

Has me meithered but I'll probably hear it on the radio sometime & just have to strain my ears to hear the singer :)

I wonder is it 'Beyond the Rainbow's End'? Lisa McHugh sings it.
