Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'd just like to know does anyone know anybody that repairs carbon in the Munster, south Connaght or Leinster area?

No problems for me at the moment but my old frame had a crack in the rear stays and just want to know where to turn if something like this ever happens again.

Might be bit out of your way but Darragh Boats, in Newbliss, co. Monaghan come very highly recommended. They work in carbon fibre boat hulls and have repaired frames for a few guys I know to a very high standard.

    Thanks Beasty! I wasn't paying attention:P

Thanks dubmess! I'm involved with boats a lot, do ye think that most boat hull repairmen can fix carbon? Obviously if they have experience.

Not sure to be honest, those guys popped into my shop a while back offering the service, said they'd been testing bike repairs for a couple of years before offering the service to the public. Seems like boat people are the way to go for carbon repairs alright! Don't think they paint though...

I've given you no more information there I realise :)
