    Just wondering if the explanation as to why these apartments were sold below market value was every discovered? Is the Seven Oaks Apartment complex well run - is it a good place to live? Front of development looks well but the back of the buildings look damp or something when seen from the other side of the railway tracks/the CIE works side.

    Seven oaks was mainly 50/50 mortgages from DCC the low sale prices on the register would be owners obtaining the full Mortgages from there lender
