    How long after paying the fee in the post office should one have to wait for your certificate to arrive?

    My friend just did it last week and had it back 3 days after posting.

    Paid it on the 2nd of November but no sign of it yet just checking the receipt says 7 days it would drive you mad

    Tis when you planning a trip to UK and need to get documentation done
