Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Not the watch, but I did order the matepad pro bundle on Monday, it was delivered to PM on Tuesday and to my PM locker on Wednesday.

    4 days and the item is still in transit.
    Emailed them, no answer.
    Price increased for the peak shopping times.
    I will shift to DPD, it's cheaper, can also have it delivered home.

    Just to update and answer my own question , people may find this useful

    11th - Late in the evening got a studentbeans code from ebay seller fz-express
    11th - Placed the order for Matepad tablet (with free gifts case and pen)
    12th - Early morning order shipped with DHL
    13th - Order delivered to PM in the morning
    13th - Late in the evening collected my parcel from my PM locker

    very happy with this superfast turnaround from Huawei , wasn't expecting this to be honest :)

    hi just wondering how much did you pay for this tablet? also would this be any good as a family tablet for kids to use but also for adults?

    Unfortunately no . Well officially no, but i guess brave geeks at XDA dev forum will have the workaround just like for Huawei P40 smartphones .

    Not out of the box.
    I bought a matepad pro last week and thanks to bender007's thread and tools on xda-developers Ive got playstore and Google services up and running.
    Everything works, but unless you disable notifications!
    You will be plagued with Google play certification warnings.

    Another thing to remember is that Huawei no longer unlock bootloaders so you will be stuck with emui and not able to switch to lineageOS or other custom ROMs.

    I've had the watch for about three weeks and find it extremely accurate especially around heart rate readings. GPS is 99% in most cases and other readings I can't compare but they feel close enough! Very easy to use device.

    and the battery is excellent. Charged it last friday, it was down to 42% today, so just charged it again now. (also charges quickly)

    Don't think so. uses its own health app to show you details of the runs etc. keen to know if things have changed
