    Looking at something sub the 900 marker.

    Seems a few studio/bedsit type deals available.

    I was really liking this place,

    I could use the bathroom, and take a shower - at the same time!

    That's almost worth the 850 per month right there alone.

    Have prices risen or shrunken or stabilized recently?
