Thats right, Arnie and co are coming to Werewolf!

Ever you watched Terminator or T2 - Judgment Day and thought how cool would it be to relive the moments experienced by John Connor as he is stalked by a cyborg killing machine from the future ? Well now is your chance to try it out!

This will be a fairly simple game to play, nothing complex and hopefully ideal for new comers who want to finally find out what all this Werewolf business is.

Experienced players will also see some new, uncomplicated mechanics, while this game should also appeal to returning players pushed for time as new rules may help make it easier to keep up.

Can the T-1000 find and slaughter humanitys only hope or will the Arnie and other characters band together to defeat the ultimate evil?

Things to expect each day while playing Terminator Werewolf

In the next week or so I should be able to reveal the mechanics of this game, but until then please see below for a sample of what will be on offer come judgement day:

SKYNET UPLOAD CODES - In game competition!

Each day there will be a daily competition for players to win in-game prizes. This competition will involve players inputting a 5 digit access code to stop Skynet from uploading information to its main database. Players will have to decipher cryptic puzzles to find the code and then Private Message (PM) the game mods with this code. If the code is correct, then an in-game reward will be available. Input the wrong code and...... bad things happen.

Each competition will take place in the game thread from 1pm.

We don't know tbh beaker. They had another game on the forum setup and all so I've stepped in there for now, hopefully they come back though.

As promised, in a few minutes I shall post preliminary game layout and rules.

Please note that while the basis of the game should remain, amendments may be made depending on how many players sign up/play.

Game Layout

The game will be split into 2 factions, the village (the good team) and the wolves (the bad guys).

Here are the Village roles :

The Good Guys – (Aka The Village)

John Connor - The chosen one. He is linked to both his mother, Kyle Reece and the good T-800. If all 3 die, John gets a secret power.

Sarah Connor – The Village vigilante. You get one shot per night to use as you please. You will also get an extra bullet if John Connor is lynched. If you shot John Connor, however...... you will lose your gun, thus coming an ordinary villager

T-800 (Arnie) – Jack of all trades – This role gives the player 3 actions to choose from each night: Shoot a player /Protect a player/ Action block. Every night starting night 1, you can target someone with one of those actions. You can only use each action once. Once the action is used, it is gone. You can choose to withhold an action on any night of your choosing and you will not lose an action that night. You cannot use your protect action on yourself. Should he protect John or Sarah Connor and should John or Sarah Connor be targeted for munch, he will die saving John.

Kyle Reese – The bodyguard. Kyle can protect one villager per night. Should he protect John or Sarah Connor and should John or Sarah Connor be targeted for munch, he will die saving John.

The evil team – The Terminators

T-1000 (Robert Patrick) – Alpha Wolf - You are the ultimate terminating machine. You have 3 lives. If you are shot or lynched, you will lose a life. But will kill another player at random and assume their identity until all lives are gone. Mechanics of this role are below.
T-800 – wolf. Just a regular evil with 1 life.

T-1000 mechanics. Example – Jimmy WW is T-1000 and is handled by Beakerjoe. Tammy WW is handled by Necro.
Jimmy WW is then lynched. He loses a life and Jimmy WW is taken from the game. Tammy WW is chosen at random and Beakerjoe assumes control of Tammy WW and Necro leaves the game. Beakerjoe has 3 lives and is dead on his 3rd lynch/shot. (any questions, just ask) WARNING - Hypothetically players may not be lynched but they may die come lynch time if the T-1000 is killed.

Evil T-800 x2 - 2 evil Cyberdyne Terminators will assist the T-1000 in hunting John Connor. They will be regular wolves.

SOME THREAD RULES

Players shall be allowed 40 posts per day until 6pm. From 6pm each day, post limits wiil be suspended until Lynch. So from 6pm to 9pm you cant post how much as you like.

From 9pm the thread will be closed for 1 hour.

Lynch votes must be in by 9pm. Lynch results will be revealed at 10pm.

All games actions, such as bullets, protects munch shall be actioned at night, between 10pm and 10am.

Munch will take place at 11am.

The thread will again be closed from 9am to 11am. Each day will begin at 11am.

Each day at 1pm a competition for in game prizes will commence. These days are not essential to the playing experience but can enhance it. Players will win items that they can use to play the game.

T-1000 will be a class role, they'll have to be quite the chameleon, you'll have to try and mimic the person you're replacing, imagine replacing Necro

Self defence mode enabled from min one..

Agree though its a fantastic idea. And will work well with the high amount of players, will the Villagers with roles be included in those rands? If so will they assume the role also?

Yes they will be included though the role wont carry over.

Any knock on effects from death will also still apply

Roleblock will only effect his killing mechanism. It wont effect his lives.

Hope it works seemlessly. The lock outs on thread should give T1000 time to manoeuvre if he gets shot or Lynched

They wont.

Say Jimmy WW is t1000. Jimmy gets lynched.

Jimmy account is dead and at random the player being thr T1000 is given another account belonging to a current player, killing that player. So Gilly WW isnt lynched but is taken over by T1000. Player behind Gilly is dead.
