Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

ASOS Returns

    Hi,

    i need to return something to ASOS and I cannot find the despatch note/receipt that the item would have come with. Now I'm wondering if there actually was anything? It was my first time to use ASOS so I just cannot remember. Can anyone let me know?

    Ya there should have been a despatch note with it because it has the returns label that you stick on the front of the packet when returning.
    And you have to fill in a reason why you're returning

    Think you should be able to print a new one off. If you log on to your account you should see one beside your order.

    Just following up on this as I need to return stuff. Do I basically put everything in the original delivery bag and seal it with the returns sheet inside?

    And then just drop it off at a parcel connect.

    Yep, just make sure you stick the new label (that's on the returns sheet) and cover over the old label. Parcel Connect will scan the package and give you a receipt.
