Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    9 times key "1"
    5 x "2"
    1 x "3"
    1 x "4"

9511 is displayed - I press 5 and it goes to "wait 30:00"

I took serial from the sticker on the radio itself.

Get the serial (Mxxxxxx) from the radio or under ashtray sometimes. It might be on a sticker in glove box.

New model Mondeo or old model Mondeo?

On the old one you might be able to bend a coat hanger in to fit in to the 2 holes on either side of the radio.

On the new model you have to take the trim off from the cup holder all the way up and there are 4xTorx screws holding it in.

Press the 1 button 6 times to get a no. 6, 2 button 10 times to get 0 etc.

Once the screen reads 6068 press the 5 button.
