Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A house I presume ? I have snagged my own house and several others with up to 150 items on the the list.
And the builder responds do you want the house or not ?
How far are you prepared to argue before accepting the house as is ?
In most cases you'll get little satisfaction.

Well the point of a snag list is to get the builder to fix anything before drawdown of the mortgage and they can get their money. I’m not taking the house unless it’s perfect. It’s brand new so what else would I expect?
