Compression socks / calf sleeves

Hi just wondering what runners think of these? Im looking at the CEP socks & sleeves, theyare quite dear at €35 for womens sleeves Are they worth the money for marathon training & racing?

I had a lot of calf problems and these have sorted me out since.

This guy in tallaght has a sales on at the moment, worth a look, i recently got some gear off him

I use compression socks on long runs and find putting them on (and taking off) a PITA as its very tight going around the ankle. I'd imagine calf sleeves might be easier on and off?, though am open to correction on that.
