I find the same thing annoying.

    Sorry wrong link

I suspect some of the Timex might be able to do it and probably smart watches.

Some of the G-shocks can do it but not all, check out a youtube channel called Watch Geek, he does tutorials and goes through functionality.

This seems to be the only g-shock that can do. Funky.

The big Timex grid shock and the expedition seen to be able to do it. But they are either huge, or I don't like the font they use.

I dunno about the others. Most reviews set it to us even if the watch can do UK so it's hard to see which does it.

Yeah, I’m not after a big watch, a tidy one like in the OP.

I think it was a square 5 series but i couldnt find it at all this time, does seem pretty rare.

I found a thread on one of the watch forums that said non of the 5xxx has a movement that will do it. I don't know how true that is.

    I gave up looking.

I wanted a watch with timer that has a repeating snooze and vibrate. Couldn't find that either. Closest I got is a G-Shock GD 350. It's timer can't do it. But one of the 5 alarms can.

Ultimately I think I'll have to get an Android Smart watch to get exactly what I want.

You might find some cheap no name brand that does it.

    Found it...

    https://support.casio.com/global/en/wat/manual/3461_en/KPNDSYhvvfzeol.html

    https://youtu.be/i0v3yzynewM

    GMWB5000/GWB5600

These might seem expensive but they are indestructible and will likely last your lifetime. Pity you can get one with Vibration alarms.

Yeah true. Another thing I want is that when I go to stopwatch mode, I want to be able to see the actual time on the stopwatch screen too, I find this very handy. I can be in stopwatch mode and still see the time. Most of the 4 button Casio’s have this.

Lots of different variations of those Casio.

One suggested the 5610 can do the time and stopwatch but not the UK date. The ones 5600 & 5000 that can do the UK date can't do the time & stop watch. Might even be more variation than that.

Thank you for all your input. Seems there is no watch to meet all criteria :(

This one could be an option:

    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/254292384027?ul_noapp=true

just cant find any picture or video of it in 'stopwatch' mode

G-Shock B5600 series have what you want - UK date format (can be toggled between US/UK) and time shown in stopwatch mode. Their module is functionally identical to the legendary B5000 full metal.

    Looks like amazon have it:

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/Casio-Digital-Watch-Resin-GW-B5600-2ER/dp/B07JJP5F48/ref=sr_1_9?crid=2OGO4KBPKWQBQ&keywords=g-shock+bluetooth&qid=1568650861&s=gateway&sprefix=g-shock+bluet%2Caps%2C313&sr=8-9

I'd almost buy it for that feature alone. It annoys me so fúcking much having the date format backwards. It annoys me more than my no date watches.

Yeah, that's one model in the B5600 series. The are several others in various colors, positive/negative displays, combi bracelet etc. I think there's a limited Gorillaz model.

The module is called module 3461. It's functionally identical to module 3459 which is used in the full metal B5000 series. (It's not physically identical but all the functions and menus are the same and they share a user manual.)

I think they'll be rolling out more colours in the B5600 series next year. It's kind of a replacement/successor to the M5610. In the US they were worried about atomic broadcast being shut down so they started incorporating bluetooth into a bunch of models for an alternative method of time sync.

I actually had a watch similar in size to this ( Casio dw5600) and found it a bit bulky.

Is there any smaller watch that matches the criteria?

I'm sure there are but I don't know of any off the top of my head. It was just luck that I knew the B5600 had these features.

If you didn't like the DW5600 then you won't like the B5600. Yep, pretty much the same size. For a G-Shock these are actually considered quite small.

    Thank you.

Yeah, I know the DW5600 is not that big, I just prefer them smaller.

I've got the casio F- 91W and it has weekday and day of the month format which I think is more useful
