    Pretty sure that breed is supposed to muzzled in public, you should report their owner to the local dog warden.

    I have one of them. He made me angry the other day so I kicked him down to the bottom of the garden. A day later I heard a knock on the back door, I opened it and he was there. He said "what did you do that for"

    I kept throwing a stick to my dog, and shouting 'Fetch!'. It finally barked at me and said ' Stop trying to make fetch happen, it's not going to happen.' Its watched Mean Girls too many times...
