A really cheap orange ice pop, like a Sparkler.

You can feel the soothing ice slither down your throat.

Guys, C'mon I thought you all knew better than that.. the best cure for a Hangover is Alcohol, and LOTS of it ;P

I recommend either Several Pints, or if your stomach can't take that just go for a few straight shots first...

Alcoholics Anonymous have tried to take out several hits on me, but the assasins all came away drunk ;P

Ice cream and plenty of it!

I always just get a magnum or two and some crisps and some air and I'm ok in a few minutes. And I have had some pretty bad hangovers!

ice cream worked a charm for the initial nausea - i got a supersplit (orange) was ****in lovely because your thirsty and your mouth is too hot so it sorts you out

An entire carton of Grapefruit Juice (am I the only person in the world who likes this stuff) with 2 Solpadeine usually does the trick.

Or another pint of Guinness just for that 'hair of the dog' factor'

Grapefruit juice rocks, wakes you right up in the mornings. Cranberry juice is also damn nice, and has the bonus of mixing well with vodka for later in the day...

A gallon of water before you go to bed (actually, if you do it with a drink in one hand and the water in the other) works amazingly well, when the cramps begin in the legs its time to begin the rehydration process. Or, I always found apple juice a bit handy in the morning, light enough to go down easy and enough sugar to start your engines.

Heres a list of things to do after a good night out which i compiled over a year in college.

TO AVOID HANGOVER:
Night Before:
1)Drink water, gallons of it.
2)Take a $H!t if at all possible before going to bed, as this avoids letting all the alcohol sit in ur stomach through the night where ur body is the most absorbant.
3)Brush ur teeth,tongue, all of ur mouth really, even though most of the tooth paste will end up on your top and jeans it helps avoid the growth of hair in ur mouth.
Next Morning(ughhhh):
1)Take another $H!t, if possible.
2)Take a shower.
3)Drink water. *note: not the water from the shower.
4)Gargle with mouthwash, dont swallow despite the fact that theres some wholesome alcohol in it.
5)Get fresh air in ye, preferably on the way to the pub for the cure.
6)If the throbbing headache persists, try a Panadol, or a Nurofen Plus but avoid paracetamol it does terrible things to ur insides.

I agree with Da'Bounca; best cure for a hangover is to simply sleep it away.

Most days that isn't practical however... my hangover cure is a large bowl of cornflakes doused with sugar and soaked in lots of ice cold milk.
