Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The right at maam cross really is an immense road on a good day, Amount of times i have been up that road in the Isuzu or Peogeot boxer and wished i was in my ST i can't count. Looking forward to giving that road a go in the zed. Nice car looks a tidy purchase Daniel.

So back in 2005 I went to Paris with my GF for christmas. A new car had just been launched and was on display on the Champs Elysees. I fell in love with it but when I looked up about it when I got home I never thought I'd own one as it was bloody expensive. Always admired it since but never saw one in the flesh, or on the road even, until I was visiting someone last year and saw one for sale in a garage. Had to stop and take a look! This one was a bit rough but it got my interest in the car going again and I made the decision to get one in April this year. I don't regret it one bit! It has every optional extra so the original owner wasn't only rich but had great taste too!

    I love the rear profile

And being a passenger in the back is something else. The comfort and quietness is amazing.

Those C6s are so cool. Might as well be dangling a Gauloise from the front grille.

Love those C6s, quite popular around here. All those french electrics would worry me though. Stunning cars

I never noticed that concave back window before. A slightly bonkers touch as only Citroen know how.
Is that a speed activated spoiler?

I do like those Citroens, the C5 estate (like KKV has?) in black would be a nice wagon.

We've had French cars since the 80's (Renault/Citroen and Peugeot) so well used to them. Funny enough we never really had electrical problems with any! None with the C6 and everything works!

I made sure I've full windscreen cover on the insurance, wouldn't like to know the cost of the rear one. It's very cool in person.

And ya it's a speed activated spoiler!

Bought a 2006 Subaru Impreza 2.0 non turbo. My first estate and my first subaru!. Was parked up for over a year so brakes are well knackered. Hopefully won't cost too much to get through an nct.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,720 ✭✭✭Hal1

Will fly through nct as per what the ad said surely?

It wasn't actually advertised for sale, the previous owner offered it as a swap for a BMW I was selling but when I sold it straight, I ended up viewing it and buying it off him in the end! high low gearbox and all wheel drive may come in handy over the winter months...

I don't think I have ever posted a picture of my A4 here but it's too dirty to take a daylight photo so this will have to do for the moment :) I have it almost 4 months.

One of the better wheel choices on it to be fair.

Lookin well! Loose those dealer surrounds and get a set of pressed plates and you're in business!

They do look so much better than the standard b8 A4 alloys you see on most of them I think them ones could be 16s. There is a 17 inch multispoke set that are quite nice too.

I am not sure about pressed plates they suit some cars not sure if I would like them though.

CIP4 - always pictured your car in white for some reason!?

Weekaizer - nice wagon - you should be able to find a very very comprehensive workshop manual for free for that on the net somewhere. Like 4000 pages probably. Definitely some Russian subaru site has them. Just be sure it is the right model.
    Opposedforces.com good for part numbers.

This is just up from Maam cross. Yes I stood in the middle of a busy road.

Nail on the head here, I always liked it as a colour and some very clean bmw's tend to be priced a wee bit cheaper if they are that colour so I'd see it as an extra plus for it :)

No you need a front plate by law. He has his on magnets so he can easily take it off for when he takes pictures and then connect it back up when he is driving again.
