Woke up this afternoon to loud scratching & a loud scream of HEYYYYYY.. any ideas ?

    Hey,

    I woke up this afternoon to very loud scratching & then either someone else or myself screamed the word HEYYYYYYYYYY.. then I woke up.

    Any ideas of what this could be ?? Possible sleep paralysis ?
