Is asbestos a possibility in house built in 1993 ?

I have chiselled 1 tile off completely and there's no sign of black mastic or anything to indicate asbestos. The engineers report we got when buying was quite detailed too but didn't mention asbestos either. Given the year the tiles were laid, and other factors above - Am I worrying over nothing or is it worth further analysis/inspection? Thanks in advance to any replies.
