Does anyone know how exchanges / refunds work when you have used a voucher? I bought a top for myself to bring the total over €30 and it's too big. I don't know if the shop will have it in stock to exchange it as it is a sports top and not a 'next' brand top. I have to go to Limerick on Thurs so will call in to see what they can do but just wondering from other people's experiences.

Do you have to set up numerous new emails if you intend on using a few codes or can you tweek your own email slightly and still be recognised by next as a new customer does anybody know??
How have people used a few codes in the past? Any ideas?

I bought a coat for my daughter online (with discount), too small so went to Limerick today to get bigger size, straightforward or so I thought! The girl said she'd return the original price to my card but I'd have to buy another coat. In other words pay full price! Needles to say, asked for another voucher & ordered online when I came home &#55357;&#56832;

Same happened me before and someone here told me to just take off the tear off part of price that shows sterling, say you got it as a present and then they'll give you a refund card with the full amount/exchange it for the right size. Worked fine when I tried it with something else.
