Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi here,
I'm currently working with young people in a secondary school as part of the School Completion Programme and have been looking for a suitable course to do in this area.

If you're in the south, UCC have what looks like a great course - http://www.ucc.ie/en/study/ace/what/cert-dip/dycw/

NUI Maynooth offer BA Community & Youth work - check out http://cappss.nuim.ie/documents/BACommunityandYouthWorkPartTimeProgrammeJuly2010.pdf

You might also want to look at a qualification in Social Care -, NUI Galway and various ITs offer full and part-time options - I'm considering AIT Higher Cert in App Social Studies in Social Care as a starting point, times etc suit me tho distance is an issue.
    Hope this helps:)
