Not the time for it now but its a really hard situation for Marvel regarding what to do for future BP/Avengers movies

I loved the BP film, and seeing the news he died was really shocking. 2020 suuuuucks.

As far as the future goes, if I remember correctly, the title of Black Panther was something that could be passed down, so I'd imagine they'll see about passing it down to the sister character? I remember really liking her in BP and the Avengers, and a young, black superhero would tick some boxes Disney like to tick. Especially if the narrative is to start building a new, younger team after Endgame.

Shuri has been Black Panther so I would assume that will be the direction they will go especially as they already introduced her as an important character in the first movie. A Young Black Female character who has already been portrayed as super smart who people will want to support given how good and successful the first movie was and how everything BP will no doubt be dedicated to Boseman going forward.

Chadwick was so talented and far too young. The only words I could think of when I heard the news were... Wakanda Forever!

Benedict Cumberbatch joins Spiderman 3 (as Doctor Strange).

Given him and the news of Jamie Fox returning as Electro, looks like we are getting a live action Spideyverse!

Doctor Strange 3 is called the "Multiverse of Madness", so given he's in Spiderman 3 (and has apparently some sort of role to play in Wandavision too), I'd presume some sort of big event tears apart the multiverse, causing some actors to reprise roles.

We saw at the end of the last Spidey that JJ was going to be played by JK Simmons again. So it might just be that Fox is playing the same character but a different take.

But there seems a lot of chatter that Maguire and Garfield might be reprising their roles too. And given the success of Into the Spiderverse for Fox, I'd think they want to try and translate the story to a more mainstream, live-action story.

I'd wonder then if they'll push to introduce Spider-Gwen. I really want Emma Stone back
